I might have fixed the hair now? Take a look. As for the size again. I went to Dalaran and stood infront of a NiM(as a Tauren Model) and an actual TaM. Here is the results.

Looks pretty close to me. If you want to edit your own size it's simple if you have the tools. A DBC Editor and the ability to open and create MPQs. Take a look at my guide if your unsure how to do this. http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...-features.html

first of all, I want to mention how amazing this thread is, thanks a lot!!!
It may be too much I'm asking for now, but let's give that a try:

I play 2 characters in WoW. I noticed, as I put two edits in my data folder,
one edit is perfect as it should, but the other one is screwed up. A friend of
mine told me, that this is caused by putting 2 .dbc edits in the data folder.

so my request would be:

Nightelf Male -> Tauren Male
Gnome Female -> Undead Male | in one MPQ or better said, all the dbc edits in one,
so one of the edits doesn't screw up

I already tried merging the MPQ's, but that didn't work out
