No it don't work
There's a hole where the jaw is and it have the same model as a undead not the human positions, think of a undead but whit human skin :P i changed my sex from female to male and mabay that's what wrong.
But like that you try+Rep

It's possible blizzard did a model change of their own.

Does it look like this? This is the same MPQ but I took out the ScoureMale.m2. Since this looks like what your saying I'm thinking that the game is still registering your model as a ScourgeFemale.m2.
Try this MPQ and see what happens. If it doesn't work then post a picture of your character so I can see what skin/features it's using.
