    Hey man.
    This looks really awesome!
Could you do me the favor and create a tiny modeledit with this skin for me?
I want the harmonized female scourge with normal yellowish eyes for the nightelf female.
Or maybe with blueish / white eyes?
Would be very nice from you

Not as simple as an edit as you make it out to be. However, If I do, i'll send you a PM about it.

Edit: No, changed, my mind. First, would take to long and wouldn't be perfect. Second, the Female NE NPCs would look aweful because I'm not going through the BakedNPCSkins. No. F*cking. Way. >.< Sry, best suggesting is do it yourself using the files within this MPQ. Lots of knowledge on how to do this, floating around these forums.

Only bad thing I experienced was t hat I was getting new feats like some black cross at my face and yellow eyes, but other then that it's a nice edit. Hope blizzard will add this to all clients so they can chose.

Oh ... for that thing that the NE-NPC's would look awful ... I've played more than half a year with the model-edit package from NEF to SCF out of this forum.
My NE looked really sweet with this and everything other isn't so neccessary for me.
I miss the look of the undead and the movement.
    That was how it looked:
    NEF-SCF
The left one is my nightelf.
I used the NEF to SCF package combined with the helmet-fix.
But now it's creepy. I play with the nightelf that looks like it got bone-textured ears and the mouth is a bit above the real modeled mouth. =/
Is it so difficult to convert just the model?

PS: I haven't got so deep knowledge of modelediting because one time I've messed my whole mpq files and nothing worked anymore ... that was a bit like minesweeper. Search the failure ... but everything got worse. Maybe I should give it a try ... we'll see ...
But if you could simply convert the model from the NEF to the SCF it would be really really great. I'm modest and don't need perfection. Most time I spent in instances and I don't look very close to the models. Just the animation and the design is the crucial for me ;P

nice i was working on those bones but looks like u just find and easy way to remove it i saw them also but i was trying to fix the images in photoshop but well wasnt like i spected but i guess i ll use yours to se if i improve mine.... the glowing red eyes i dont like then you should just change the color of the eyes in photoshop to a glowing red instead so that way wont look like the whole face is glowin y extract the models from the model viewer and edit them with the 3d milkshape
