Ok, First The MEF is the Model Edit Fix you can find that here, http://www.mmowned.com/forums/bots-programs/107518-world-warcraft-model-edit-fix-kynox.html, then you place the .MPQ file into your world of warcraft data folder so, "World of Warcraft\Data\ "<- in there "Your MPQ file" Then start wow with WoWME.exe and press F8 when you are asked to log in, and your good to go.
