Aye this has happened to me a few times. Blood elf skin on a night elf for one. Not due to me editing any files tho but its down to some errors and such in the game. happens completely random for me . Sometimes u always find a mix of different characters / races on one character causing weird textures. Seems to happen most for me when i tab out

it looks kinda like the gnome head is behind the undead head almost as if the gnome was wearing a dead persons skin as a mask... thoughts on this?

The gnome was happy to have finally made his first kill, and by hit religion's principles you must wear the head of the one that you kill =D (or something like that)
