theres an ingame problem with the upper part of the chest, it doesent show for some reason, and starts showing random upper bodies.

Are you exporting the textures as tga, editing then converting to blp? if so thats your problem on the chest, try exporting them as blps and converting them to png then back.

Clothing textures are palettized BLPs with an alpha channel. Read this: BLP Converter - WoWDev
Download the program from that link, then convert the texture to BLP using the -r parameter. I came across this exact same problem a LONG time ago when I was adding custom content to WoW 1.12.
