Anyway, I have to say that I quite like this, but the arms are weirdly shaped right now. Front view for example, the arms shouldn't really go straight from shoulders to hands. Take the original for example, you could've still left some bulges to mimic muscles and crap. Same applies to the legs in lesser extent.
Also, did you make his chin slimmer? That is a huge and repellent problem on this model.
Also, could you please PM me with a MAX-readable format of the model? I'm interested in playing around with it myself. :3
I don't have human character so i just tried something quickly, i didn't aim to be perfect.
If you want to try yourself, download Glitchy's mes:
    http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...chy-s-mes.html
You can convert m2 to obj and obj to m2 with it. Obj is readable with 3dsmax. Extract m2 with mywarcraftstudio ofc.

Now, seriously, you had a nice start... hands and neck needs some work. I've noticed the hands haven't changed so now they look too big when compared to the rest of the body.

About the neck... remove some of the veins, or make them less apparent. Those ones looked "nice" for the actual model (if you consider how horrid Human Males are atm) but they simply doesn't match the new slim model.

I'm watching this thread, keep it on!

LOLLLLLL good point bro, people have a totally skewed image of reality, funny thing is all they ahve to do is look at themselves to see what normal humans look like, unless of course they are really annorexic or obese

Actually I think the hands don't have to change... a properly proportioned human hand should be about the same span (from the bottom of the palm to fingertip) as your face from chin to hairline ... obviously for some a little bigger, for some a little smaller, but this is the standard size.

I do agree though, neck needs some work, looks too straight-lined, long and awkward now that the tumors were removed from either side ;D

Oh how I wish someone would do this kind of surgery on our formerly slim belf boys <3

The problem is I can not do whatever i want with the 3d model.
For some reasons I have to keep the same number of vertices. Imagine the skin like a poster attached on the wall with 4 pins, all i can do is move the position of the pins, i can not add any more pin, so i can't make a perfect neck if there are not enough vertices to work with.
There is 1 pin to make the side corner of the neck<->shoulder. It was for information.
But i'm ok i did it a bit too fast, it could be better. The hands are too much "width" i agree, i'll try something.

I'm breaking my lurker status just to say thanks for this. I've always hated how buff the human males looked, especially on casters. A wizard shouldn't look like he can bench press a Toyota.
