sorry for the noob qustion ... i just confirmed with two windows of wow one with the patch and one without it that the change cant be seen by the un patched wow acc..

Ye only the user can see the skins. And you can just use these in retail. There are some threads about model editing and banning. you can better read them first.

OK i downloaded it and moved it into the data folder. Everything except the heroes skins dont work (for me)(poor i like the draenai )
