Model Edit Fix

I dowloaded the UD male > UD female files and placed them in the Data folder and placed the ModelEditFix .exe in the WoW folder but when i start it and log in some error pops up "ERROR #131 (0x85100083) File Corrupt
Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
File: Character\Scourge\Male\ScourgeMale.m2" plx help!! lolz!

the mefix has to be running. at least while logging in.
if it closes after you run mefix.exe, search this thread for the problem.

GOD for some reason when ever I try to start the program it says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." Someone please help.

Hmm i can't open it. My AVG Free Edition keep saying there's a Trojan Horse in it. And when i put it in my WoW Folder it would not open!

the "this file cannot be accessed" or whatever error comes from your stupid antivir or whatever. this has been answered before.
- turn it off.
- exclude the directories wow\ and the one you download it to from checking.
- download it again. save it in the wow\ dir. run it.
- have fun.
- if this is not accurate, excuse me. i dont use such a fcking av.

Thank you for this it fixed the access problem but now the box just opens then closes right away.

Avast is also reading a Trojan Horse.

The only thing discussed about this problem is said to disable the antivirus I've tried disabling all my antivirus and firewall and the problem still persists.

It's been answered over 5 times >.>.

Does the program open WoW then close? or does WoW not open at all?

If WoW Opens then the program is failing to write to WoW's Memory. Close programs you have running that might affect this.

If WoW doesn't open it is failing to Create the Process. Same as above and also check you have admin privs.

Process Guard seems to be the problem for a lot of people.
Zone Alarm may also affect it.
Norton Anti-Virus is kind of anal so that might too (LOL NORTON)

the "trojan" is a false positive.
