Uploading to Verzend.be, 'cause rapidshare sucks extremely good.

I am uncertain about this, but I think I observed that trying to edit the common.MPQ may caus crashing despite the new version, BUT editing any other .mpq (like one you made up), works fine..... I think.
Maybe this is the cause of the confusion?
:O so fast with the updates<3

yes, thats where it is, and it still doesnt work...
Well, this is what happened to me. I had some model edits in my data folder, and when I updated to patch 2.1 they merged into the common.mpq. Now I'm repairing and I have to revert to a new version, then patch up again etc. So I think this is whats causing mine to not work.

I'm unable to patch my WoW from 2.0.12 to 2.1. I'm pretty sure the old .exe is caused it. When I'm patching it runs errorless from 1% to 10% but then it crashes and gives this error:Can you help me?Code:The patch "signaturefile" could not be applied. (Invalid source file size: expected 2014607, actual 1978708.) If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (BNUpdate::PTCApply) To check this installation for problems, click the "Repair" button. The Repair tool can automatically fix many update errors.
Will we be getting an update on this .exe? Cus right now this does not work for me.
Once i find out what the hell is going on. It works for the majority and not some which makes me beleive it has to do with your computers settings (Not allowing you to write to memory or create a process) or your edits.Originally Posted by Maffus
