I'm sorry but you've managed to
a) swap colors to something... not good.
b) actually, usually recolours enhances details to make it look like more work than actually has been done; you on the other hand did the opposite
c) because of both earlier mentioned; you stand here with a blurry, half assed attempt of reskinning that propably took you 5minutes in paint, or 2 seconds in photoshop (well, depending on how fast it loads, I remember back with morrowind it took me 3minutes to load on that computer so these things actually took me 5min in photoshop...).
Anyway, if this is 'good enough' to realease in your opinion; I BEG YOU TO REVISE THAT STATEMENT.

And I'm not even in a bad mood today.

I have to agree with him, even if I don't like someone work I wouldn't be a jerk about it but then again.. welcome to the internet you're surrounded by jerks...

anyway...

I honestly like the color but it does look a bit blurry, maybe a nice combination of some dark blues and cerulean you look great. I really like the blue concept (well blue is my favorite color lol like that matters) But heck I don't even know how to make skins so you have done better then me. I would like to see it maybe a dark green or maybe like gray/silver.

anyway please keep up the excellent work!

Actually, I did what was best for the person. I showed him what he did wrong and even gave suggestions how to improve. This reskin IS bad. Why would I hide it from him?

By releasing it to the public he should be open to criticism, that's a huge part of our liberty of speech. How is 'first reskin' an excuse? If he wants positive criticism for something he does not think is complete, show off forum does exist.
For releasing it, he's showing us that he believes is good enough to be downloaded, and tbh ignore personal misconception, I don't even think he looks at his changes favorable - I guess he doesn't even use it(that is, unless he has changed it by now).

tl;dr: Don't be so scared of hurting someone's feelings, how are people going to improve if you people keep posting "+rep, it rocks" when you're really just increasing your postcount and will never -ever- use it?

You ARE right I'll give you that. BUT some people will take it the wrong way, keep that into consideration. Constructive criticism doesn't have to be so harsh or sound so mean. Even if the person's patch has MANY flaws there has to be SOME pieces or attempts that are good enough.

I understand the point of your criticism and what your stating but not everyone responds positively to negativity. I bet people have probably told you more then once, "try to be nice... or you're a jack a**" well in all honesty if you'd like that to stop (you're probably a nice guy or just plain misunderstood) just say "well that's ok but you should have done such and such and maybe try such such because this and this would look better or be easier to manage."

but hey you don't have listen to me, that's just my method of giving criticism. I'm just trying to be nice person by giving a bit of easier positive and negative reenforcement.

I would really STILL like to see the entire armor set in the color of blue (possibly a nice dark blue with a neon blue glow) or maybe use the color of the Hunter S3/T5 armor which would look nice.
