Unfortunately you cant get rid of the bugged character at character select, or rather i dont know how to . As for the armour part thats all part of the character model so armour wont show up tho im pretty sure if someone had the time to edit the M2 files they could fix both those problems you described.

That would be awsome if someone could make an edit of this to work like other model edits in the way that you could see your own armor. > wink wink <

Ya, I think it would be pretty difficult. I think you would have to model it on your character. Also you would have to constantaly change it when you got new armor. There may be an easier way, but I do not know of it.
