This is a nearly perfect race swap from Human Male to Fel Orc Male. I say nearly because I didn't get rid of the beard but it is fixed for all hair/skin styles. This is NOT just a simple dbc creature change, this is a real model with all your gear INCLUDING a complete helm fix.

MEFix is required.
