Ok guys, im going to give up my secret, i risk this method being nerfed and for the select few who have masterd this teqnique im sorry but its time to share.
What you will need. - A 70 warlock/priest on a seprate account from the toon your going to level, or a friend who will help you with this.
Ill take you step by step on how to do this and ill include screens to make it even easier to understand. Firstly you need an alt, any class will do, but healers and casters have the most advantage. In this example i will be using a mage. Ok when youve created your guy get to level 8, not difficult 2 hours of boredem i know but just do it. Now heres the tricky part if your allience. You need to go to RFC, If your allience have a lock friend and 2 of his 70 buddies summon you, if your horde its pretty simple.
Ok, Get in a group with a warlock ( pref afflic, but any spec near enuff. Or a priest, Pref shadow any spec will do. ) Enter RFC. What if i was to tell you, that those 13-15 elites were all going to die, and your friend wont even be there? Sounds silly? What you need to do is to tell your friend to body pull 5-10 mobs, ( i find 7 works best ) He then takes them to this point.

When you or your friend is here, you need to put a DoT ( Damege over time ) Spell on each of those mobs, this bit is down to your friends spec gear talents ect ect, a bit of trial and error will make sure you get the right rank of the right spell, Personally i used Curse Of Agony Rank 2 and it works a treat. You have to do this VERY quickly, if you dont dot all mobs when you exit RFC the un-dotted mobs will kill your lowbie. and if udot them to quick the dots will kill the mobs and u wont get the xp your after. Youll learn how many ticks it takes until the mob dies with practice.
Now, once all mobs are dotted you need to jump straight out of RFC, this is where a good pc comes in handy if your running 2 accounts at the same time, You dont want your lowbie dieing. Switch to your lowbie, and depending where you are standing, you will need to run from the mobs so they dont kill you. Here is a great place to stand.

Just clear the first 1-2 mobs with your 70.
Ok. The basic concept of this is, Player A dots mobs, Player A then leaves the instance, The instance does not recignize that player B is only a level 8+ Low player, And seems to think it has killed all the mobs, So player B gets the Full Xp per kill.
"Why not just kill mobs in the barrens i can do it much easier"
Can you make 22% worth of XP, In 1 pull?
With this method you should realistically be gettign a level every 15 mins, And it sounds daft, but the higher your lowbie the easier it gets, i did 8-10 in 37 mins, and from the screens u can see that my lowbie is at about 60% from 3 pulls so far.
This method isnt limited to RFC it can be used in near enuff any other instance,
Stockades works brilliantly.
SM is the god mode for this method, you will get from 30-38 in about 4 hours.
WC works well aslong as you pull correctly.
DM is another good one, ( Deadmines ), but you will need big pulls as the mobs are mostly non-elites.
Tips.
If your a healer class, HEAL YOURSELF if a mob attacks you.
Mages at 10 get frost nova this alone increses your leveling signifficantly.
Soulstone your lowbie so if things do go tits up you have a back up.
Dont use a pet to attack, Use your imp when body pulling. Turn fire shield off.
Easiest way to dot mobs is to install "X-perl" so it shows who has what dot this way its much easier to mark the little blighters.
Dont loot, Sonunds silly but up until SFK/Stockades ull only find greens, and since your lowbie wont need gear for this method u can make a bundleof XP.
***MOST IMPORTANT***
You are only allowed to reset an instance 5 times and hour, this means it is wise to spend around 15 mins in an instance before you go and reset, whitch is enuff for 5 pulls. rinse ans repeat.
Ill upload a video soon so you can see what my mages xp bar looks like before and after the pull.
Any tips welcome !
