    Another thing from the german thread:
    WoW-Europe.com Foren -> Latenz in WoW permanent verbessern.

    The first Step TcpAckFrequency is not necessary, this was fixed by 2.3.2. If you change this delete the DWORD or change the value to "2", because this slows other datastreams than TCP

    Yup work´s fine but i think only on Windows XP, to run this on Vista you need a special Patch. This was also on the official WoW Forums a while ago so dont worry about it

    Perhaps after the re-installation of your new operating system you didn't do a complete install.
    You are probably missing Ms Message Queuing. so, all you really need is install it from your install CD.
