    Mulgore quest guide

Well another guide. Please give REP.

The first quest is givin to you by Grull Hawkwind who is standing right in front of you. You have to get 7 plainstrider meat and feathers.

It's simple, just walk in any direction out of the Camp Narache and you will run into plainstriders. They are levels 1 and 2.

Don't forget to drag and drop your War Stomp from the Spells and Abilities book (shortcut key p). This is great when you get too many things attacking you. It stuns up to 5 enemies within 8 yards for 2 seconds, just long enough for you to run away.

After getting the meat and feathers you return to Grull Hawkwind and are rewarded with ither a Nomadic Belt (Waist, 19 Armor, Leather) or Painted Chain Gloves (Hands, 42 Armor, Mail)

    The Hunt Continues
This next quest you get from Grull Hawkwind has you getting 10 mountain cougar pelts. Also he will have a quest to deliver a note to your class trainer after you complete the first quest so do that now before you go on with this quest.

Just follow the road south out of the camp and as you reach the mountains you will see the cougars, level 3, to your left just off the road. You should see a totem and a tent in the hills near this area, rember them because you will need to go to that tent later.

After getting the 10 mountain cougar pelts return to Grull Hawkwind. The reward for this quest is ither Nomatic Bracers (Wrist, 15 Armor, Leather) or Painted Chain Belt (Waist, 38 Armor, Mail).

    The Battleboars
After finishing The Hunt Continues this quest will popup automaticly. Grull Hawkwind wants you to kill battleboars and gather 8 battleboar snouts and flanks.

Travel east to the Brambleblade Ravine. Just before you get there you will run into the battleboars, levels 3 and 4. If you get lost just follow the wall east from Camp Narache and just before you reach the mountains you will run into battleboars. They are red so they will attack you when you get close to them unlike the plainstriders and mountain cougars of the last two quests.

After gathering the 8 snouts and flanks return to Grull Hawkwind for a reward of a Nomadic Vest (Chest, 33 Armor, Leather) and 10 Tough Hunks Of Bread.

This is the last quest givin to you by Grull Hawkwind.

    A Humble Task
This quest is givin to you by Chief Hawkwind who is in the tent behind Grull Hawkwind.

In this quest he want you to find out what happen to his mother who went for water and did not return. She can be found to the southeast of the camp. If you get lost look on your map (short cut key m). On the map it's the building just below the words Red Cloud Mesa.

After talking to her you will recive 17 copper and a new quest.

    A Humble Task: Part Two
After talking to Greatmother Hawkwind She asks you to take one of the water pitchers from the water well behind her and take it to Chief Hawkwind. Just walk over to on of the pitchers and a gear will show up yellow. Right click and wait for the loot window with the water pitcher (looks like a beer mug to me). Click on the water pitcher and head back to Chief Hawkwind.

When you return you will be rewarded with 40 copper.

    Rites Of The Earthmother
This starts a line of quests. In this first part you must talk to Seer Greytoung to start the Rite Of Strength. Go south along the road out of Camp Narache and head to the left as the road reaches the mountains. You should be able to see a totem not far away a little ways up the mountain. You may have seen his little camp when you were hunting mountain cougars in the quest The Hunt Continues. Talk to him to complete this part.

    Rite Of Strength
When you take this quest Seer Greytoung will buff you with Mark Of The Wild (+25 to armor for 30 minutes). He wants you to kill Bristleback Quilboars, levels 3 and 4, in Brambleblade Ravine and gather 12 bristleback belts.

Head all the way east to find the entrance to Brambleblade Ravine. You can also see it n your map by pressing m.

When you get there you will see big vines sticking out of the ground with thorns. There is a cave in the middle of them. Go into the cave and you will be in Brambleblade Ravine. After getting the 12 bristleback belts head to Chief Hawkwind.

Chief Hawkwind will reward you with one of the following: Rock Mace (Main-Hand, 1.8 damage per second, Mace) Stone Tomahawk (Main-Hand, 2.1 damage per second, Axe) Whittling Knife (One-Hand, 2.0 damage per second, Dagger) Elder's Cane (Two-Hand, 2.6 damage per second, Staff) Brave's Axe (Two-Hand, 2.7 damage per second, Axe) Light Hunting Rifle (Gun, 2.1 damage per second).

Rites Of The Earthmother: Part Two

After completeing the Rite Of Strength Chief Hawkwind will send you to Baine Bloodhoof in Bloodhoof village. Just follow the road south out of Camp Narche and keep following it. Bloodhoof village is on the shore of Stonebull Lake. Bain Bloodhoof is standing in front of the big totem in the middle of town. Talk to him for the next part of the quest.

    Break Sharptusk!
Brave Windfeather who wanders around Camp Narache will give you this quest. In this quest you must head to Brambleblade Ravine and kill Chief Sharptusk Thornmantle. To find Brambleblade Ravine press m and it will be shown east of Camp Narache.

The tent with Chief Sharptusk is located at the e in Bramble on the map where it says Brambleblade. Kill the guards near the tent opening then try to pull the guards in the tent without pulling the chief. After you kill the chief (he is level 5) loot his head and return to Brave Windfeather.

You can choose as a reward ither Painted Chain Leggins (Legs, 58 Armor, Mail) or Nomatic Gloves (Hands, 21 Armor, Leather)

    Attack On Camp Narache
You get this quest from a map in a cave near where you kill Chief Sharptusk Thornmantle.

The cave is shown on the map. In the cave you will find a Quilboar Shaman, ither level 3 or 4, and "Squealer" Thornmantle (level 5). Kill them then loot the map. Open your invitory and right click on the map to get the quest. You must take the plans to Chief Hawkwind in Camp Narache.

Your reward is a Thick Bark Buckler (Shield, 55 Armor, 1 Block)

    A Task Unfinished
The last quest before you leave Red Cloud Mesa is givin to you by Antur Fallow on the road out of Red Cloud Mesa. She needs you to take a bundle of furs to Innkeeper Kauth in Bloodhoof village.

Just follow the road and you will come to Stonebull Lake. Bloodhoof village is on it's shore. The inn is to the left of the big totem as you enter town.

Your reward is ither 5 Tough Hunks of Bread or 5 Refreshing Spring Water. Don't forget to make this inn your home so you can use your hearthstone to zap yourself back to the inn when you need too.

    Sharing The Land

There is a cave of them west sout west of Bloodhoof vilage across Stonebull lake. The cave is called Palemain Rock. Palemaine Skinner and Tanners can be found outside the cave and in the first half inside the cave. Palemaine Poachers are in the back of the cave.

After killing them return to Baine Bloodhoof for a reward of 1 silver 25 copper and 25 flash pellets.

    Dwarven Digging
You get this quest from Baine Bloodhoof. He wants you too gather 5 prospector's picks and break them at a forge and then bring the broken tools to him.

Follow the road northwest out of town across Stonebull lake. Down the road will be a fallen tree on the left and a guide post on the right with a dirt path near them. Follow the dirt path to the dig site and kill the dwarves there to gather the picks. They are level 7,8, and 9.

The best way to gather them is to kill the dwarves near the entrance of the dig site then after gathering the 5 picks run to Thunder Bluff. Just a few yards away from the lift is a forge. Just right click the picks and they will be broken one by one.

Run back to Bloodhoof village and turn the broken picks into Baine Bloodhoof for a reward of ither Fortifide Bindings (Wrist, 45 Armor, Mail) or Rough-Hewn Kodo Leggings (Legs, 43 Armor, Leather).

    Rite Of Vision
Baine Bloodhoof wants you too talk to Zarlman Two-Moons. He's not far. You should see a little yellow dot on your mini-map showing where he is at. Just walk a little north past the kodo rideing instructor and Zarlman will be standing at the big fire. Talk to him for the next part of the quest.

    Rite Of Vision: Part Two
Zarlman Two-Moons will have you gather 2 well stones and 2 Ambercorn.

The Ambercorn can be found under trees anywhere in Mulgore. The well stones are found at water wells around Mulgore. The closest water well is across the road from Bloodhoof village. It's called the Winterhoof Water Well and it's southeast from Bloodhoof village. Go there and clear out the Venture Co. people (level 5) and gather the well stones from the big flat rocks on the ground.

Return to Zarlman Two-Moons and he will make a drink.

    Rite Of Vision: Part Three
Zarlman will give you the Water of the Seers. Right click on it and follow the wolf named The Plains Vision. It will lead you to a cave where you will talk with Seer Wiserunner. This ends the Rite Of Vision.

    Rite Of Wisdom
After talking to Seer Wiserunner he will send you on The Rite Of Wisdom. He will buff you with Mark Of The Wild (+25 Armor) and will send you to Red Rocks east of Thunder Bluff. It's allmost directly east of the Elder Rise of Thunderbluff. There you will speak with a sprit.

There are level 9 and 10 Bristlebacks guardeing the area. The sprit is in the middle of the graveyard there. Kill all the bristlebacks in the area and speak with the sprit. He will send you to Thunder Bluff to speak with Cairne Bloodhoof.

    Journey Into Thunder Bluff
The sprit from the Rite Of Wisdom will send you to Cairne Bloodhoof as the last part of The Rites Of The Earthmother. Go to Thunder Bluff and you will find Cairne Bloodhoof on the middle rise in the largest building, on your map it's the building on the east part of the big circle.

Talk to Cairne And he will give you the last quest in The Rites Of The Earthmother.

Rites Of The Earthmother: The Horn Of Arra'chea
Cairne Bloodhoof wants you to kill Arr'chea (a level 11 kodo) and bring him back his horn. Good luck finding him as he wanders around in a large area and people who don't have the quest for him like to kill him for the heck of it. He does walk near the Elder Rise. I found him once just north of the Elder Rise and again just east of the Elder Rise.

Make sure to clear the area around him when you find him as other creatures will walk around and will get close enough to aggro on you and attack you while your trying to kill Arra'chea.

After you kill Arra'chea take his horn to Cairne Bloodhoof in Thunder Bluff for a reward of Kodo Hunter's Leggings (Legs, 61 Armor, +4 Agility, Leather).

You will have to gather a Prairie Wolf Heart, Flatland Cougar Femur, Plainstrider Scale, And a Swoop Gizzard.

You can walk right behind Maur Raincaller and cross the Stonebull lake to find Plainstriders and Prairie Wolfs. The Golden Plains is where you will find plenty of Swoops and Flatland Cougars. You may have to kill quite a few of these before they will drop the quest item.
