Blizzard wants your ID

Did a search but did not see this posted anywhere. There are two good uses for what I am about to share. If you are going to sell your account or blizzard wants to see you are who you say you are.

If you are selling your account and do not want to give them your real information you can always just modify your driver license before you give it to them.

1. Get a copy of a driver license from internet or scan one it.
2. Download a copy of SnagIt (many torrents out there to get this from). This is a program that allows you to grab any part of your computer screen (picture of a drivers license) and make a file out of it.
3. Open the file of the driver license and just use the cover tool to hide any information you do not want to share (Name, Address, SSN). Be careful not to flatten the cover up or it will show the old text.
4. Use the text button to put in your information that you would like it to say. (All text can be changed to match the current text on any license)
5. Important part is to make it look like it belongs there. There is always a color change pattern that runs through a ID. This is done for security.
6. Use the cut function and take little bits of a area and copy them over any changes you have made to give it a smooth look.
7. Now print it out as Black N White. (do not just use SnagIt to make it B&W because that scans poorly). The black and white is critical for noobs just learning so that the color pattern screw ups are not that noticeable. I have gotten good enough that I send my IDs in color and it is always less likely to be questioned in color.
8. Now either mail it to blizzard/buyer or scan it back in (leave those nice little scan marks to make it look more real) so that you can email it.

Since I deal with multiple accounts for selling and I do not want them to have my personal information I have done this several times. I never sell a account under my real information.

That is VERY interesting... i knew they had it but didnt believe they could give it away like that. However it's only to a legal institute so it's nothing to worry about... that is of course if you're not doing anything illegal like say... fraud or something. But i don't think anyone would do that... or would they?
