just an idea for leveling

so, according to this site that i saw, the new patch is coming out on November 13th for the American servers
and by using my sherlock Holmes deduction skillz i think that for us in EU it will come out on the 13th (seeing that its a wensday)
ok so the leveling help is gonna go from 20-60
but the quest help will go from 30-60
so i guess that for some quick lvls u can spend all ur time from here until the patch comes out finishing all and every quest in ur quest log
and the moment it comes out turn them all in
seeing that exp needed is -15% and the exp increase from quests in 30%
this should get u at least a lvl if your in the 40's imo
i dunno not sure
just hit me and since i forget stuff cuz i have a short attention span, i posted it
yupps thats more like an idea than a totally uber guide

i thought a blue confirmed that the changes would take place after you reach a fresh level so i think this is useless to do
