Turn "Sightless eyes" from Underbelly into raw gold

Quick tip to everyone farming Ratstallion like me, you can turn the currency into foods and patterns, that you can use or just sell to vendors again for a small bit of gold. Seeing as you need to do this a total of 4 times (5000 cap, 20k required for mount), it will net you a small amount of money.
There are a lot of patterns and pattern upgrades if you want that as well.
Personally I like just buying the food and use for different stuff as it's 1.2m healing, should be around full hp for anyone but tanks, however no well fed.

EDIT:
To put some numbers on it. Buying "Mana banana" from "Thuni" will give you 62s50c per 15 sightless eyes, meaning you'll get 833 gold out when you have the mount or you could buy patterns at 2g20s per 200, meaning you'll get around 220 gold this way.
