Head: Lucky Fishing Hat (100hp)
You get lucky fishing hat by fishing in STV at sundays, there is a competition from 13.00 to 16.00 when you go fishing for Keefer's Angelfish
and leave it to Fishbot 5000 in booty bay.
100 hp enchant is obtained by getting some stuff, and you will need Libram of Constitution for it. after you have got the stuff, you will get Lesser Arcanum of Constitution wich will enchant your headpeace with 100hp.

Neck: Scout's Medallion |Alt: Sentinel's Medallion for Alliance.
Both of the necks is obtained by getting honor and wsg marks.
you can buy the necks in northern crossroads for horde, and west ashenvale for alliance.

Shoulders: Talbar Mantle
You will need to do wailing caverns and kill the last boss, a giant murloc when waking up naralex. you will have to kill all of the serpent lords, and then go back to the beginning and talk to the tauren. follow him and you will eventually get to the murloc.

Back: Sentry Cloak (12 dodge)
Sentry Cloak is a rare random world drop wich you will have to get from AH.
Not many enchanters can do 12 dodge rating, but it is the best.

Chest: Blackened Defias Armor (100hp) |Alt: Tunic of Westfall |Alt: Greater Stats Enchant
Blackened Defias Armor is obtained by the last boss in Deadmines, Edwin VanCleef. He also drops Cruel Barb wich is a pretty good twink sword, but we are looking for the best here. Most enchanters can do 100hp on chest.

Bracer: Wrangler's Wristbands of the Monkey (9 stam)
There are more bracers at 19 with 3 agi 3 stam, any of them will be good. You will probably need to buy these from ah, as they have really low droprate.

Weapon: Shadowfang (15agi) |Alt: Assassin's Blade
It drops in shadowfang keep, but with extremely low drop rate. I would reccomend buying it from the AH. The 15 agility enchant is the best in my opinion, but the enchant really depends on playstyle and what you like. There are more good enchants such as Crusader and Lifestealing.

Weapon: Assassin's Blade (15agi)
Obtained in shadowfang keep, But extremely low droprate, I recommend buying it at the AH.

Ranged: Throat Piercers
Throat Piercers is the best as they give 2 agi. You may want Venomstrike instead, but you don't really use your ranged weapon very much.

Gloves: Red Whelp Gloves (15 agi) |Alt: Scouting Gloves of the Monkey
The red whelp gloves is pretty rare, and extremely rare for horde, as the recipe for the gloves is sold by an alliance NPC. The recipe could be bought at the Neutral ah at Booty Bay though. If you want the scouting gloves instead, i would recommend buying them from the AH, as they are a very rare drop.

Belt: Deviate Scale Belt
This belt is crafted by some leatherworkers, but I would recommend buying them from the AH.

Legs: Scouting Trousers of the Monkey (40 stam, 12 agi) |Alt: Rigid Leggings of the Monkey
Both leggings have the same stats. They are a very rare world drop, recommended to buy from AH. The enchant can be bought from ah for around 300g, if you don't have that much gold you can buy Clefthide Leg Armor wich is almost as good.

Feet: Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots (Boar's Speed)
Same as the hat, sunday competition. You are supposed to catch Brownell's Blue Striped Racer and leave it to Fishbot 5000.

Ring: Seal of Sylvanas(horde only) |Alt: Seal of Wrynn(alliance only) |Alt: Meadow Ring of Eluding
Seal of sylvanas is a Shadowfang Keep quest, and Seal of Wrynn is obtained by a chain quest, "The Attack!" Wich you can get from Tyrion in Stormwind City. The meadow ring is a extremely rare drop, and I would recommend buying it from ah. Sadly, it is rare even in the ah.

Ring: Blood Ring |Alt: Meadow Ring of Eluding
Blood ring, rare world drop. Recommended to buy from ah.

Trinket: Insignia of the Horde(horde only) |Alt: Insignia of the Alliance(ally only)
Both is obtained by getting 2805 honor points and turning them in at stormwind city or orgrimmar.

Trinket: Arena Grand Master
Great trinket, but very hard to get. You need to get the chest in gurubashi arena 12 times. It spawns every 3 hours.

Nope, the Fishing boots are the best twink atm. You can get itemlevel:35+ enchants on them and they have +12 stamina as is.

I personaly don't have these yet on my twink, so I am stuck with Feet of the Lynx with +speed.
