EDIT: Since you are automatically scaled up to the 9th level (19, 29, 39, etc), these items don't give any stat boosts anymore. RIP

I've been looking, these seem to be the only high ilvl low level requirement items there are right now. feel free to look on wowhead though

Tuxedo Pants are also 35 ilvl. Just found them on my tailor!

Are you inside of a BG? It (obviously) only works inside a BG.

Stats aren't *that* drastic of a change at level 10, I believe they are higher at higher levels though since the scaling changes. But you definitely don't get "alot less" stats like you claim.

So it looks like this works best if you cap xp at level 10? That amount of % haste and versatility etc is a lot higher than trying this on my 19 priest.

Yep, this works best at level 10. Your stats are insane, and with stamina/int equalized you'll have the same amount of health as others

Unfortunately you don't get marks of honor below level 15 though which sucks.

Minor recombobulator also helps, they seem to sell for 1000g~

also tuxedo pants are same ilevel as those pants.

It's been somewhat fixed, twink items still help but not as much. All players in a BG 10-19 are now level 19.

Yep, I went from 64% crit and 50% haste/versatility down to 16% crit and 9% haste/versatility
