"/console set RenderScale 0.1"
^for old school nearly 8bit graphics^

"/console set RenderScale 0.5"
^for that of about vanilla wow^

and

"/console set RenderScale 1.0"
to return to normal

I mean it should you're telling to your wow game to render at extremely low Rendering.
