If anyone is struggling you can always do what I just did. Was alot easier than this and I did it through the Battle.net store.

Basically you set up an account in russia as you normally would. Then download a program for your browser called Hola. Its a free VPN server and it has Russia as one of its countries.
Log into your battle.net account through the Russian IP via Hola. Then just buy the Battle Chest + WoD + 30 days + 90 boost through the Blizz store. They have it for 990 Rub which worked out at just over 11 GBP.

That does help, and help a great deal thank you! The Russian IP idea is fantastic but trying to find a working proxy is a right pain in the arse (or at least it is for me) Using Hola I've just logged on as normal (from Russia of course) and everything worked like it should do. Great help, thanks.

One weird thing, when I fired up WoW, it asked me to set my game to a region, it's never done that before. I'm not sure if it's Hola related or not but it didn't happen before I installed it. I chose EU of course and everything is working as normal, I've just not seen the window before.

How will I go about paying with WebMoney?

If I purchase WoW + WoD from battle.net with my debit card will they block the payment due to it being registered with a UK bank?

On the first key I bought from them, they (the Russian site) held payment to check it wasn't a fraud. You get two options, either send copies of all your ID or get a payment code from the card payment company. I phoned my card people up and got the code then emailed it back (in English fwiw) and then the payment was approved. Haven't had to do this on future purchases.

Didn't bother with Webmoney, it seemed a PITA after reading reports on here.

Yes, there is battlechest for 6.5euro with CC fees it will cost around 7euro

So expensive now.. like €19 if you buy from bnet site directly with webmoney.
