Farming " Precious' Ribbon " Vanity shirt from ICC 10/25

Since the release of Icecrown Citadel players have been after the rare drop Precious' Ribbon. It has a low chance to drop off of the mob Precious in ICC. Precious appears in the plague wing of ICC and has a low <5% chance of dropping the shirt. Here are steps to farming it-

1. Clear the first 4 bosses of icc on 10 man
2. Run/Stealth to precious and kill her on 10 man
3. Leave the instance
4. Change to 25 man and reset the instance for good measure
5. Enter ICC again
6. Kill precious again but this time on 25 man
7. She Respawns every 2 hours as long as no bosses in her wing are killed.
