Getting maxed out each section before Wrath or Cata

This is my first post.

Well i don't know how many people know this, i didn't know it, If you are just mining to level up like i have been doing and you are at the skill cap for the area once you get to I think 65 and 75 for the wrath and cata mining skill to move from 375 to 450 and 450 to 525 you can still mine in TBC area and you get to the wrath skill cap without going to wrath and you can get to the cata skill cap before going to the cata zones. It really isn't the best way to level up mining or to level up your toon but it's a way.

For the Wrath cap I farmed Nagrand for Rich Adamantite nodes and Khorium nodes. I hit the wrath cap around 67.
For the Cata cap i farmed Rich Saronite nodes and Titanium nodes. I hit the cap at 3/4 of the way to 77.

I took me about 5 hours of farming for each level and from 68 to 75 i farmed for pure profit and i am going to see if i can hit the MoP skill cap before i get to MoP.

I don't know if it's a repost or common knowledge, but i found this out last week when i hit the wrath skill cap and waited to see if it still held true for getting the cata skill cap in wrath.

Edit: Pyrite and Rich Elementium nodes slowly gives skill ups past 530.

Why not just mine in Pandaria? You can mine/herb anything in Pandaria regardless of skill level, and come WoD you will be able to mine/herb anything regardless of skill level (though skill level does determine the yield)

EDIT: Just read your post again, sorry I must have misread. The only thing I couldunderstand was leveling up your actual character level up via mining in Northrend/Cata, but don't know exactly it is you're trying to explain. It's kind of late here :P
