Anyways grim batol is a great place to farm as many found out recently for cloth / greens / treasure chests.

Gundrak is super quick to clear and nets a fair bit of gold too.

Thats a picture of the shadow vaults. The circled area just to the left of it has mobs that i believe have a preset limit to how many can be alive, when i used to farm there there would always be 3-4 up, They re-spawn in about ~6 seconds at most anyway they are just those big guys fighting each other in pairs.

They are one shottable and if you play a dot class you can stand in the middle take some gear off (so your dots don't one shot) and spam dot EVERYTHING with a macro if you want and they will all run to you then die in a nice pile and you don't have to move.

I had to take my weapon and some of my gear off to avoid just one shotting them and running about a lot tho.

ZF is only good for classes that have speed increase, otherwise you'll waste 5-10m/run. The mobs dismount you so you'll have to walk. So stuff like druids and rogues are great for this.
The suffle is interesting, but you have to buy the recipe for the craft first. That's a 1.5k gold investement to start off with. Then on my high pop 4 mageweave =80s-1g+vendor mats (im guessing 10-20s) and the dust sells for 1g50s so 1item=2dusts=3g minus 1g costs, so 2g profit. Now you'd need to sell 750 dust to start making even with the inital recipe cost. Worth it only in the very long run or if the dust sells for more on your server. (there's some extra income from other d/e mats)

No real economical benefit? Good for mount farmers I guess

Hatchling sells for peanuts. 90g on my server. BC greens sell pretty badly because so easy to mass farm and useless for leveling purposes.

Outright lie about the gph. Wotlk greens sell for nothing, the blues sell for nothing. There might be a tiny amount of exceptions. I've done this and at most I'd be getting 2k per hour if I get my junk to sell to clueless players who buy 77 items and don't know about cata greens.

Best instance by far to farm frostweave. I don't know how people gt stuck on the naxx farm. Naxx is like 500 cloth/hour last time I checked (2 weeks ago). PoS is 750+ or 10 runs (=less than 1 hour so would be 1000 cloth/hour), much faster and chance at 7k gold+ hilt. Two birds with one stone with more cloth and greens. Also easy rep farm if needed. 2m30s/run don't even have to spent an hour farming because you'll hit the 10 limit
And my toon has the increases cloth rate.

Interesting, never had a skinner that high, should try this. 1g+/each meaning 400g/hour if you include drops I guess you'd be around 1.5k gph so maybe not that great for gph...

I'm looking at this from a gph perspective.
Not to bash on you and the work you put into this, but I don't see the point in linking some outdated 2012 farm videos where the data is not acurate (see Hall farm).
What would've been much better is you checking the actual claims of the videos and back them up with up to date info then confirming them with your finds.

EDIT: also I find it extremely retarded to make a gold making vid with insane claims "OMG 10000 GOLD PER HOUR" where they base their numbers on their economy (which is going to depend heavily on the pop) and the number their auctionning addons give them, not ACTUAL sales, because seeing a sale estimation doesn't guarantee, at all, the item will sell at said price or even ever

I am actually making my own research. I follow a weekly farm path that I might share once I have enough data about a "reliable" gph.
You say pets, yet the only mention of them is for Magister's terrace. So that's a laughable argument.

All I'm saying is that posting very outdated videos is useless. It's like reading thing about netherweave shuffle and seeing that all the uses the offer make you lose money (making chants/bags).
I'm also saying that I find it retarded that ppl make gold videos with outrageous claims because they are basing their gph on:
current market value
their item selling at said value
not including x amounts of repost costs on AH
server economy.
and more

This isn't against you, but against the ppl making those videos without all that information.
What I think you could've done, is test all the places of the videos and make new ones (or just post a log of drops and stuff) with UP TO DATE info with a more realistic gph.

Unless you truly believe Halls of Lightning is 12k gph...
