sorry for acting noobish here^^ but iam following the tut and still got that error, have both addons installed, have the csv+xml file for my server+faction but still got the error, guess i will have to w8 for steve to come home

Seems like I fumbled somewhere in the add-on downloads. For all who are having trouble getting TSM to recognize TUJ - Download this The Undermine Journal GE - Auction & Economy - World of Warcraft Addons - Curse.

Its needed for TSM to working with TUJ. My apologies for missing that (I've downloaded the add-ons so long ago that its hard to remember every single one).

Also to check if it worked, once in game type /TSM sources. TSM will return all the pricing sources available. You should see TUJGEmedian or something similar to that.

Anyhow let's it all sells and I'm out of greens. How do I proceed from there? I cba to farm :P.
Is it possible to scan the ah and find out that "item a" is 59% below the normal price etc? And then buy em out and resell for profit?.

That's the plan. The real goal here is to move to a comfortable point where you can resale or farm depending on how you feel at that particular moment. For me a healthy mix a both makes it so I can make as much gold as i want without really feeling like I'm setting aside time "to make gold".

Also the "casual farmers" I mentioned earlier are suspect to being bought out and resold like you said. Just keep your eyes open!

Turn off moggit. Moggit provides the model. I use it to kinda see how the transmog looks before I invest in it. Its mostly for resale purposes.

So first off thanks for the well written guide +2 rep,

I have followed this completely and the only issue i am having is with a message i keep getting which is as follows - The Undermine Journal - Warning: Unknown region from realmlist.wtf: '12', assuming 'US'

now i have tried this on a number of EU realms and all very highly populated but cannot seem to get passed this point. And subsequently i get a message on the tool tip saying market price not available.

please can you advise where i am going wrong,

ok great guide. rly working great so far.
but i got 2 questions:
do you really sell ALL the greens you come across or do you cut off at some point since they wont even cover your costs to post them a couple of times?
is there any good snatch list for all greens? ( especially transmog sets/good itemlvl - to lvlrequirement gear)

You will never sell all the greens you come across. You job is to simply collect them and give em a shot. Mostly it's just set and forget since keeping an eye open to count how many times which items resulted in failed auctions is really counter-productive. Especially since the auction fees a very minor.. (I still wonder why blizzard keeps auctions fees in the game)..

Thanks for this guide, I've never had the patience to sell the green items I loot but after seeing your guide I realized they belong on the AH and that it's actually not that much of a job when you have TSM. Already made a couple of thousands just by selling greens and that's only after a couple of days seeing this guide.

It seems the undermine journal doesn't accept anymore registrations... Since today. So, are there any alternatives? Seems I can't do anything without their db..

Edit: I just connected with my google account and it worked so... well seems registrations are still activated.
