Hello. if you are tired of waiting 2-3 days for a GM to anwser your ticket then here is a fast way

Make a ticket on Battle.net like you would normaly do

Pick the topic
- I can't log in

then choose the follow up topic
- I'm Having a Log in issue that isn't listed here

and you will have acces to blizzards Live chat

I used this on several occasions and the GM doesn't respond to the fact that the issues i am representing to him aren't log in issues

Rather be put at the back of the line in live chat then to wait 2 days in the * normal * line for a ticket ^^
