Easy Crystal of Insanity in 5.4

With 5.4 came a new way to get the [Crystal of Insanity]. Previously this dropped from Sulik'shor, a rare spawn in Valley of the Four Winds. It still drops from him, but is now also available at 3% drop rate from some fast respawning lootable items on the Timeless Isle. On most servers Sulik'shor is heavily camped and often dies within seconds of his respawn, making it a pain to farm him for the crystal.

The Eerie Crystals are what you want to be looking for now, they're fast respawning small purple items that can be found all over the Cavern of Lost Spirits (Entrance is at 43, 41). They also drop 1-10 Timeless Coins every time so even if you have bad luck with the Crystal of Insanity your time isn't completely going to waste

Edit: Took me just over 5 minutes of running around the cave to get one for an alt
