for those of you who don't know SuperGuildinvite is an add on that allows you to search for players who do not have a guild, giving a custom message, and blacklists people who've you already whispered.

just make sure you enable whispers , set it to whispers only, have no guild and filter 55-58 DKs and make a message saying something like "hey I can have some gold?"

What is the practical use of this?

instead of begging for gold and people reporting you for spam because you're asking the same people, you'd ask different people.
it's a useful way to get gold on a new server.

This doesnt belong in Elite either... It doesnt belong anywhere, and will sure get you banned if used.

Nothing wrong with this, people are overreacting. It's just an addon that automatically invite unguilded players to guilds. If it offends you that much just check "Block Guild Invites" in your UI. Personally I've used it to level my guild to lvl25. I got the occasional smart ass telling me how wrong it is but overall no one seemed to care. Besides it will only invite a toon once and then blacklist that char. All you need are those low levels just starting out and you'd be amazed at how much guild xp they bring in just leveling into the 20s.

As UnholyMisery above me mentions, the entire point of this thread is to use it for something OTHER than guild invites.

Also, assuming we were still talking about the original purpose of the addon, even if you block guild invites you still get spammed by the recruitment whisper that usually goes along with it.

Annoying, but FORTUNATELY the addon actually blacklists people that you message so you will only ever message them one time. Personally I'd recommend a more friendly, but still short message than to sound like an English challenged Chinese person begging. Maybe like "hey, I am new to this server and am just looking for a small bump in support to get me started here. I totally understand if you don't want to help and I promise to never bug you again. Thanks for listening"

well here is how I look at it. they are unguilded people and you'll only ask them once. because of the way the add on works.
