Low level is not suitable here, at least 85.
For low level character, I have another spots for powerleveling, also works as instant respawn.

You missed the point.

SOR accounts are very risky to buy atm, and i, of course, know the mob tagging method is safe to use. Blizzard even declared itself that it was safe as long as you do not do that on dungeons via leave party invite/accept party method.

It was just fixed in today's reset (04/24/2013). I can confirm because I was just doing it fine before the reset, after it, the little spiders weren't spawning at full force like it was before. Now it is just spawning around 3-4 everytime. Before the reset I was getting around 10-13 adds at all times.

Can someone confirm this too? I was killing the adds for around 30 minutes now and they aren't spawning like before.
