Longer lasting [Mr. Smite's Brass Compass] (sort of)

Obviously this isn't an exploit but I thought I'd share it nonetheless.

I was going to log off but decided to use [Mr. Smite's Brass Compass] before I did.
When I logged back in the next morning I still had the buff and the item was off cooldown.

Now bear in mind this is a 2hr CD item so if you're ever going to log off for more than 2hrs just use the item and you will have it for another 10 mins when you log back in.

This. I've seen more ridiculous "guides" stay up though, so I guess it's not too prone to deletion.

pretty much every item is like this. common knowledge. buffs like that don't expire when you log, but items still cooldown. working as intended and not limited to some random compass.

The second part didn't apply to you so i've no clue why you took it so personally and then tried to counter attack..

It's just tiresome seeing people fish for rep, and being succesfully at it, because people miss use the rep system, when you're trying to get enough rep yourself by doing legit contributions, following rules and being stupid enough to think rules are actually being upheld. The community on ownedcore is good and I want to be a part of it but sometimes things are a bit ridiculous.
