lol I had my RAF gametime unremoved that I bought from a seller here. We used a special technique in order to keep blizzard from removing it and it works very well. But to be on the safe side I only purchase 1 mnoth at a time so that it wont be a huge loss if it gets removed.
Good luck with that, I still do not recommend buying RAF time from sellers. You're just asking to waste money and or gold.
Also if it is related to stolen CC's or the like what happens if Blizzard starts to enact harsher penalties for continuing to bypass an obvious rule violation. Most people want something like this to pay for accounts that are doing things that are already against the rules, buying RAF time will only draw more attention to your account.
It's just naive to think that you are some how special in that regard. They very well may be doing what the OP was talking about with you on an individual basis, but all it takes is for Blizzard to figure out that connection and poof.
jaerin is right, doing this repeatedly is just asking for trouble.
the op is correct as i have used this method in the past to obtain the mounts from raf/sor also. i wouldn't recommend doing it nowadays though with all the raf removals and possible bans.
also, i'm not sure if it still works like this, but if you were to do this once then you could pay for 30 days code, enter all correct card details, but change the name to something different (gf or friend or something). the email with the code should be immediately sent to you, but the payment will later fail to process due to the name difference. you could then plead that you thought you were using that persons card at the time and it was a simple mistake if blizz decide to punish. no stolen cc needed. well i'm sure it worked like that at one point anyway :P

I have been doing this method for over 7 months now & never once got it removed.
I thought I'd be nice & share it, but apparently people don't care. ; /
Raf is getting removed from those raf gametime sellers coz most of them just buy it with stolen credit cards i assume and if payment fails (within 48 hours from purchase) it gets removed on your account. But i bought raf time for 12 months from precious and didnt get it removed, while i bought raf mount from some other chinese guy and it got removed next day (6 months were left)
It very well be stolen CC's, but I'm not going to cast accusations like that without evidence. Truth is Blizzard is onto the use of RAF game time and it is risky regardless. Referring yourself probably would work just fine as long as you don't do it extensively between many accounts.
Thanks for sharing op! Didn't know about this huge discount at battle.net, got my eyes open about raffing my friend to start a bot account + that free month of gametime. +rep![]()
So you pay $6 and risk getting it removed instead of paying $9 risk free?
It doesn't get removed.
Even if the other accounts code gets taken off it does NOT take the time off your main account.
I understand that RAF is unstable the way gold sellers do it on here.
I was just trying to share what I've been doing..Clearly everyone wants to jump on your case.
It has 0 chance of getting removed. The only reason RAF gametime gets removed is because the actual RAF account is fake. Here, the RAF account is real, as you can get it for $5. The fake part is the unfreeze code you can buy from gold sellers on this site for gold. The 1 month of RAF time gets activated on your account because you technically bought a month of gametime for the RAF account.
So you buy a battlechest account for 5 bucks, and then recruit a friend to yourself from the battlechest account? Does this work on already existing accounts? And what's the unfreeze code for?
