Easily get to the "vip" section in the Brawlers Guild

So there are a few guides here with slowfall or a rogue but I found another way of getting up there easily.

When you do the new Krasarang dailies you will get a quest that requires you to get to the top floor at the Brawlers Guild. So you will not get ported back. This is one of the first quests you get when starting dailies there, so you could easily re-do it with an alt, when you already completed the quest with your main.
The quest is called Stirred, Not Shaken - Quest - World of Warcraft.

Now when you are up there do not finish the quest. Instead invite someone you want up there. When the other char is lvl 90 he simply enters the arena, dies there and then the char in the vip section can mass rez him up there.
You can also get a lvl1 char up there so that he can always mazz rez your other chars from up there by letting him die to one of those enraged guests that will sometimes spawn.


So TL;DR: Get quest, go to vip section, mass rez someone while in the vip section and he will also be there

When you are in the Brawlers Guild there is a higher area with chairs and everything and a ramp, guarded by two npcs, leads up there. Normally they will not allow you to go up there.
