How to properly skip Lorewalkers storytelling/debuff

So to turn in fast quests for rep at lorewalkers just que in random dungeon finder get in a dungeon and teleport in/out,no debuff!:P

or just log out and log back in

Or bubble, Iceblock, anything that prevents / removes debuffs
or run out and back into the room

Logging in and out didin't try but getting out of the room i tried and doesn't work.I posted this because is accesible by all classes.
