Yes it is possible. Use group loot and trade gold in another place where you can see that player.

In total of around 2 - 2½ hours farming so have I got 2 crystals and 2 blue items. A healing mace for lvl 84 and a strength mace for lvl 85 that I gave my friend that I boost!

A tip for anyone that is doing this. Inv a enchanter to your grp so you can just click dissenchant.
My friend is enchanter he have just turn on "yes pass on all loot" so we can go with grp loot and Im able to Dissenchant them instead of taking up 25 bag space. Then I just need to mount my tundra to sale the junk!

sadly, on my server if a green sells for more than 8g (which they all do), its not worth the DE, dust sells for 1.5g each, greens DE into 5 dust max, thats why i just vendor everything, while using potion of luck i average 1.6k gold just from vendor, selling ore from treassure chests, and making bolts from wool, which then make pvp gear (3bolts per item) which DE into a shard which sells for 50g, all and all, after 9 hour farm (recount combat log) i have made 32k gold + 10 shards

totally forgot about a boe epic ring i sold for 12k, and about 20 boe blues which i sold for around 15k, so made over 50k gold in a 9 hour farm (mount sold for 170k too)

You can talk and trade with the vendor, no need to turn in the quest, farm till your heart is content:

I tried everything, and the npc just doesnt want to work with me. I had my downloads /uploads in the back and still nothing. The thing i managed to do is pick the quest up, but no chance it will do the turn-in for some reason. I would love if someone can help me with the coins. I would really appreciate it.

Did you just log out with the buff near the spot of silvery carps?

I got the quest today, tried that and the buff fade if I leave the quest area. US.

Its working for me, did LFR, went to blossom, killed 1 mob, got buff and now farmin.

when i leave the quest area to go to the silvery carps spawn point, the buff fades, on US.
