Easiest way to farm gold without panda?

I do not have Mists of Pandaria yet and I was just curious if anyone has any suggestions. I have cataclysm and im saving up for panda at the moment. I have a 85 priest, shaman, dk.

this thread is supposed to be in general.

with that said, the easiest (and quite lucrative right now) way of making gold is farming old world herbalism/mining mats and selling them. this goes without saying that every answer you get will be server dependent unless its craft and sell to vendor stuff, but old world mats on illidan US are extremely high. 1 stack of goldthorn was about 700gold this weekend (powerleveled alchemy). just look for bottleneck herbs/ore for profession leveling that people MUST get to level up, and you will make money.
