Dread Wastes - Fools Cap Path

I have personally been doing this for days now, and I figure it's time that I let it out because the ink traders are going to be changed "soon"... Even if the Starlight Ink is something like 5 or 10 Ink of Dreams to purchase, I easily have enough Ink of dreams right now to flood the market if I so desired. I counted and I have over 2,000 Ink of Dreams even after selling a ton of pigments, and a couple hundred Starlight Inks just from this alone.

The number of points that you have to be "cautious" about on this patrol, I can count on one hand. There are two points that have mobs right next to it and do aggro. Also, in the middle of the map, the big messy clump of herbs can become fun to get, because there are two rare spawns that come up in this area. One is the big worm that gives the Klaxxi quest (kypa something or other, big orange worm, can't miss it). The other is actually a lizard guy type of rare, that was rather challenging as he has like 4 or 5 followers with him. Took him down without too much effort.

Other than that, get your fast mount speed, and zip around. Not many people are there on my server (Very High-Pop). Even with druids flight form (Damn you druids), you can easily get 200 in ~1 hour depending on how fast your mount is. I have personally seen 3 nodes of Golden Lotus in here as well, so the chance of getting that for raid flasks is low, but it's better than nothing while getting Fool's Cap.

do you use a bot profil or do you farm by hand ?

I farm by hand, the rare spawns make it so you would have to have an attacking bot if you want to bot it. The rare would be kind of difficult. The worm goes underground and does spikes, while the other guy i think he does a garrote type effect.
