Very quick and easy gold as an Alchemist!

More of a quick tip than a guide, but only 2-3 people on my server are using this and I made 7k with 5 minutes work last night. The beauty of this is that there is no cooldown on transmuting Trillium.

If the price of a Trillium Bar is more than half the price of a stack of Ghost Iron Bars (Or if Trillium bar is more than the price of a stack of Ghost Iron Ore), you can almost be guaranteed a profit as on most servers Trillium sells rather quickly. Being a Transmution Master always helps, of course!

The method is simple, buy all the Ghost Iron Bars that are no more than double the cost of Trillium, then transmute them! Doing this can also make Living Steel even cheaper to craft. Any procs you get from being a Transmution Master are just bonus profit.

Is their no daily limit on the amount you can transmute? if so, this would be pretty nice I might have to try it on my druid when I actually decide to level his alchemy past 535.

As already said by blablablajoe there is no CD, that is the beauty of this transmute. It's a great money maker that surprisingly is not well known. I'll mention there being no CD in the original post.

I can't seem to find where to train the transmute for alchemy. Is it one of those you learn as you make other items?

What level alchemy are you? In MoP you learn all recipes but the 2 you are given by discoveries. By the time you're Alchemy 600 you should have learnt nearly all of them.

If the prices are stable and you are a Transmution Master this could still potentially make a profit if you're willing to risk it. A proc would be an extra 200g. Have you checked the prices for Ghost Iron Ore? Remember that it costs 2 ore for 1 bar, though.
