Dual Gliding
Do you have two or more accounts but only on computer to glide on? no problem. This guide will show you how to glide more then one account. There is a guide similar to this on MMOGLIDER, but it is in the private section.
Requirements
* Glider Key: You will have to purchase a Glider key for this to work. If you noticed, the demo version of Glider has limits. Only the full version of Glider gives you full features. Go to; MMOGLIDER to purchase a key.
* Decent Computer: I tried this on a Sony Vaio; 512MB of RAM; ATI Radeon 9550. I only have a little lag from time to time but no major issues.
Guide
1) Start>My Computer>Local Disk(C: )>Program Files. Once you get there, create a folder called "Gliders".
IMAGE 1
2) Once the folder is created, go inside of it and make a folder called "Glider".
IMAGE 2
3) Head over to MMOGLIDER and download Glider into the "Glider" folder that is inside the "Gliders" folder.
IMAGE 3
4) Click on the Application and you should see various files, and other applications
unzipping inside the "Glider" folder.
IMAGE 4
5) Once it is all done, exit out of the folder. Go back to Start>My Computer>Local Disk(C: )>Program Files>Gliders. Now right click on the "Glider" folder and click "Copy". Then right click in the white space and click "Paste". This will create a copy of the original folder. Please make sure that the folder contains the same files as the other.
IMAGE 5
6) Go into the "Glider" folder, find LaunchPad, right click on it and click "Copy Shortcut". This should create a LaunchPad shortcut in your folder. "Rename" it to "Glider 1" and drag it out onto the desktop. Now, go back to the other folder that you copied and do the same. Except, rename it to "Glider 2".
IMAGE 6
7) From here, you can exit all the folders you are in. Now you should only be looking at your desktop. From here, right click on "Glider" and click "Properties". Now you should notice a field where it says "Target" and a path after that. What you want to do is add /quickstart /noclean to the end of the path. This allows the application to launch, even if there is another one running. DO THE SAME FOR "GLIDER 2".
COMPLETE! Now you can glide on one computer. All you have to do is click on "Glider" and "Glider 2". This will launch both applications and you will be good to go. All you have to do is set it up. Remember you can do more then 2, I would only recommend up to 3.
F.A.Q
Q: Do I actually need a Registered Glider key for this to work?
A: Yes, you do need a glider key for this to work. Otherwise, you will not receive the full experience of the program.
Q: Why does it say "Make sure the path and file name are correct" after I try to add /quickstart /noclean.
A: Try adding /quickstart /noclean after the " marks, not before.
