I believe you have to call blizzard to get it changed. If you are the original owner that should be no issue.

I don't think there is a guide, use the search function and see if there is.

If not i think how you do is that you just give them a call and say you moved or something.

Only way to change your country of residence is to send in a scanned bill of the country you're living in. Else it won't work.

why dont you take one of your own pay checks from what ever country you live and in edit it a little bit?

use ur own? i used my paychecks from my job and edited them so they came from a swedish company
