Afraid not. I need to update the guide to remove this invalid email address.

I now recommend only contacting Blizzard via the battle.net ticket system.

If you do not have access to the Battle.net in question they allow you to create a new one, which you can use to resolve issues with them about a account you cannot access.

As you may or may not be aware, the Blizzard email address contained in the guide is no longer monitored.

However, recently I have found/confirmed a new-ish one. Best of all, "senior GMs" monitor this email address (which are generally 'higher ranked' than the support staff through battle.net tickets).

EU Email address:

I'm not 100% sure on the US email address sadly. But having a educated guess makes me think its:
[email protected]

If you are appealing a ban I would first recommend sending tickets... If you get no luck with that, I would then recommend emailing Blizzard through them emails, but they do sadly take a very long time to reply.

If you get a message saying something like "This penalty has been upheld" or if they refuse to respond to any tickets about the ban, the support staff at the tickets can do very little about it because they are no longer in 'control' of the ban. Only that email address can then help.

HOW MY GOD!!! I got banned yesterday for using real world trading, searched google and found this, I was like - I have to try this! And tried I did.

Changed 3rd party programs to "real world trading" and everything that was needed, woke up today and I was UNBANNED!!!!! I ****ING LOVE YOU<3 (no homo) DD
