extra 800 health on any level during event

The NPC, Kwee Q. Peddlefeet gives 200 health when you /kiss him. If you /kiss him again, nothing happens. However, you can go to each of your 4 factions cities, and get the 200 health buff there as well, equaling to 800 health. At lower levels, this is a TON. I saw a level 14 hunter today with 2.2k health, and he just destroyed EVERYONE in his path. He ended up going like 53 and 2 or somewhere around there. So, if you have low levels and you want to pwn in low level BG's, now is your chance to do so. (buff lasts 1 hour)

So that means that each time you get it, it refreshes the cool down! Does it persist throughout death? If so this will be very fun to try in the 10-19 bracket! +Rep 5

Each city you go to and get the buff is considered separate. So, while the buffs do add on to each other (200+200+200+200), they are not ONE buff. Therefore, every hour (when it falls off, or you die since it does not persist through death, you will have to go to each city and re-acquire it)
I just payed a mage to teleport me to silvermoon, got buff, took orb to undercity, got buff, took zep to org, got buff, then flew to TB, and got buff. Which took roughly 10 minutes on a 60% ground mount.

even better. just tested in tb. kiss him, relog and kiss again. you will get a second buff from the same npc. unfortuantely the second buff doesn´t persist through a logout. edit: so you can get +1.6k healt in total if you revisit all of em

Normally, you can get 800.
You logout at one of them, which enables you to get 2 buffs from the same one, enabling you to get an extra 1k.
BUT, if you try to do this with more than one city (to get to 1.6k), you have to logout, making the buff you got a second time go away, if that makes sense.

Basically, you can't get 1.6k, but you CAN get 1k.

i should have written it more precise. you can get 2 buffs from every one. but the 2nd extrabuffs are gone after a logout.
i tested it in og and tb. collected buff in og, tb 400 halth. relogged, collected both again -> 800 health. relog again and you are back to 400
