How do you get there solo? By first queuing, killing the two first bosses, locking you to the instance and then leave, then group with someone so you can get into the locked instance and farm?

The mobs spawn in heroics even after the boss are kill, they have a timer like 1hour. You can enter alone there and just kill them.

You need to kill the first 2 boss so i doubt that you can solo them

I just solo'ed them on my 385 ret paladin, however they were both tough. The first boss hits roughly 10k's, and hits roughly 40k's with her Shock Blast (WHICH CAN BE INTERRUPTED, SO DO SO). She's actually pretty darn hard, considering she has 2 phases where you have to kill adds. Try to CC one of the casters, because their lightning bolts hit for 10k. Kill the big guy first, then a caster, then the CC'ed caster.
On the second boss, he hits for roughly 10-25k. Pretty tough as well. When he goes to slam the ground, PLEASE MOVE OUT OF IT. It hits for roughly 50-60k, so it is a big no no to stand in it.
I used every CD I had, including the VP trinket (which increases strength by 2290 for 15 seconds) so I had pretty insane burst, and I still had to have LoH for both fights.

My advice: Find 1-2 people in trade chat willing to help you run it until you get to the spot. Then, pay them X gold, and kick them. Happy farming! ^_^




and @Thakeeper, for this to work, you have to manually run to Throne of the Tides, which is located in the Abyssal DEpths in Vashj'ir. It is a big crack on your map wit a swirling vortex, so not hard to find. Just run through, kill first 2 bosses, teleport back to the beginning via the teleporter, and there you go.


THERE ARE 4 BIG PURPLE THINGS IN TOTAL, ONLY KILL THE FIRST 2 FOR THIS TO WORK BEST. IF YOU KILL ALL OF THEM, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO IT ANYMORE, AND WILL HAVE TO RESET IT!

What I just did is paid 2 DPS to help me get there, then I kicked 'em.

This spot is just awesome. In 5+hours farming I got my mount. I did that with a disc priest 401 ilvl.

No, you turn the charms into bracelets, then sell those. A lot of people will buy the bracelets for the quests, or simply to trade in for Love Tokens. One bracelet = 1 Love Token. The mount (basically a pink tallstrider), costs 270. So, technically, you could "buy" that mount.

Currently, these bracelets go for anywhere between 200g and 300g. So 250g X 270 = 67,500 gold. Or you can do the dailies/etc and you'll eventually get it.

You cant put bracelets in AH, but can you trade them ? You just spam in /2 "selling bracelets for xxgold" ?

And @Pancakez, you were using some sort of program weren't you? I doubt Blizzard would suspend for this.

EDIT 1:Man, this is awesome. There's a spot where you can afk no problem. Just kill the first 2 big guys, but leave the 2 by the door alive (of course). Now, if you start from the entrace, look to your left. You'll see a big puddle of water, with big green plants sticking out of it. You want to be slightly in front and to the right of the first big plant. Now, if your class has some decent AoE, and you don't mind AFK'ing and using PQR, use it. Tip though: The stacking debuff can hit pretty hard at times. Try to set up an auto clicker to hit cleanse (if you have it) every 10-30 seconds.

EDIT 2: Okay, I'm going to go completely AFK while my PQR does it's thing. I'll come back in 10 minutes (got a stopwatch timer going on atm) and see how many charms I get.

EDIT 3: In 2 mins I've received 25, so a rough estimate is 125/10 mins so 750/hour. I'll see after 10 mins though.

So just tried this out. Soloed my way up to this part as blood dk on normal difficulty. Wasn't hard at all. Timed myself farming these over 10 minutes and i got about 125 Lovely Charms in that 10 minutes. Pretty good find. + rep

Yep, I received 25 in 2 minutes (125 per 10 mins) and 63 in 5 mins (126 per 10 mins), so I think it's safe to say that's a pretty good number to go off of.

EDIT: In 10 minutes I received 129 charms while using PQR (ret paladin AoE rotation)
With the self heals from Crusader Strike, you should have no problem with this.

This is how I tried your guide:

Im an 85 mage, went with an 85 pally friend.
First boss had to be killed or else you CANNOT enter that area. (took about 10mins to get there) No problem with that.

It is very easy to kill these mobs.
Casting 1 Arcane explosion will easily kill them.

It was the Greatest spot for me to grind Lovely charms.
