1. Join 2nd part of DS first time in a week.
2. Disable autoloot.
3. Defeat Deathwing.
4. After Deathwing became unattackable start clicking on loot-chest.
5. If you first get to the chest, just wait until people leave the instance and click on ~400 gold.

P.S. Also you can annoy people on monday evening (US-realms) via wiping them on Spine (easiest encounter for solo-wiping)

I've seen this posted before, i can't find it searching though. I believe the person even posted a video. I can't claim this is a repost per se, but I know I happen to see this before on this website.

There has been a post about this already and I think this works on all bosses not just deathwing. I pulled this of on ultraxion, just stood at the chest before he died and held the chest till someone started second boss so everyone got ported to the boat, then ported out of the raid and back in. When the second boss died I could open the chest again and got all the gold for myself.
