Warrior macro, cast heroic strike and mortal strike at the same time

Isn't it common knowledge that Cleave and Heroic Strike is off the globalcooldown? I don't main a Warrior, and even I know that. It's been like that since... well, day one.

As you say it's been off the gcd since day one more or less, but the mechanics of the attacks has changed over time :>
