Great farming Spot in Deepholm :)

Sorry if this has been posted before, this is my favorite farming spot, personally

Stone troggs around here Stone Trogg Ambusher - NPC - World of Warcraft They are in big packs and are being attacked by NPCs, as long as you do enough damage to them the loot is yours.

For the sake of efficiency, please have decent AoE :P

I am a mage, with tailoring cloth boost and I use Potion of Treasure Finding - Item - World of Warcraft

My outcome per hour ~ 20-25 stacks of Embersilk cloth, 20-30 greens, 8-10 of each volatile (random of course and not guaranteed depends on your luck with treasures :P) every 3-4 hours i get a blue recipe/item. Dizze's Whirling Robe - Item - World of Warcraft dropped for me there as well, but that's a world drop so don't flame me when it doesn't drop for you but it's probably the amount of troggs I killed XD

Anyway, depends on your server of course, but it makes me 1-2k gold an hour, and if you're lucky with recipes, you can make up to 10k hehe, worth the 100g spent on the pot I think XD

There are more effective spawn rates elsewhere for trog type mobs as well.

The thing is, if you've done the quests in Deepholm, they don't spawn like this anymore. The place is somewhat decent, i used it to powerlevel my warlock, by just AOE'ing and using soulshatter/HS or whatever once they got close, though i found out it gave an extremely low XP/Hour.

If you're a tailor and use the potion, it might actually be worth it farming here, but i doubt it'll beat any gathering profession, but then it's good i don't have one of those on my main! I was searching for another way to earn some money while i queue as DPS in queues ( .______________. )

I'll try this out and see if you gain a decent amount without tailoring, and WITH the potion on.
