Make money from transfering Haunted Momento across realm

I got this idea while reading this post.

after reading this link it may seem obvious although for people who didnt pick up on it this is what you do.

Find a realm where Haunted Momentos are going cheap, apparently on some realms they sell in the hundreds.
Buy them from that server, jump into a que and transfer it to your other toon on another server where they sell high.
I know it might take some time to be put in the exact same dungeon but that will become easier when they put RealID friend heroics into the game, not sure when there gonna do it.
p.s. if you dont have two accounts, just get a friend to help you.
