    Successful PUG

Hello there Wow players , Today im going to talk about how to make a successful PUG.

    Firstly Lets start with:
    What "PUG" Mean?
    Pug mean PickUp Group

"A pickup group, or pug, is a group of random players that are grouped together via the matchmaking system, usually to do an instance or quest. "- From WoWWiki

Why you just join a Guild?
Well i cant join a guild because the timing isn't good , For example some raid's in kazzak start at 12PM-4AM in my Timezone its way to much for myself , Some Good guilds require Good gear also good experience at interacting with other people , Also when you want to Reserve an item you cant at Guild because some of them are using DKP System or you cant reserve items because the GM Said that.

    What's better PUG or Guild?
Guild's are way better than PUGs because they are well planned but they are harder to get than PUG's.

How can i make a good PUG?
    Successful PUG Require's:
    1- Good Setup for 10Man or 25Man,
You can use RaidComp its an awsome tool that arrange you group setup and tells you how many CR you can do or how many buffs you can have.

    2-Invite well geared people,
Before you invite a person Let him poke you and inspect him, Lets say you found a warlock be sure that he is good geared / Full gemd and have Full gear enchant, Wowheros Wowheroes may help you for inspecting

3- Only invite people with achievement
Dont bother you self just ask them for achiv if they dont have it just ignore them

    4-Try to get Repair bot
I was PUGing since WoTLK 92% of PUG's Where successful , the most reason that people are late in Mid of the raid is Gear fix so Repair bot is awosme

5- Always let your group buy Flask-Food-Potion before starting
Flask/Foods/Potions Greatly increase your DPS So always be ready

6- Always let the Buffs up
Try to rebuff before starting any boss

    7-Try to provide a Feast
Like Goblin Barbecue Or Broiled Dragon Feast

8- Also try to get a Vent!
Yes Vent is very useful for Pugs or guild runs yes its very useful you can use ur guild vent server or any public one

Two of the most annoying things I've found out about PUGs, is that people often ask only OVERgeared players, and/or need to have FULL achiev, like require 5/6 BWD for 5/6 run or full 359 gear(when 346 is enough in theory). How can people get achieve and gear if they need it to get in the raid, the game isn't designed to need those.

I agree it may be easier to take only overgeared and full achiev players, and those people have higher chance to succeed. But... then you might also miss many good players who know what they are doing and are motivated because they play for progress and not for loot farming. Me for example find it hard to find a pug for bosses that I haven't killed yet, but these are the only bosses I'm interested in, after I've killed them couple times and have achieve and all, my interest to join such PUGs have fallen down, because I play mostly for progress and challenge. But it seems that most PUGgers do it just for easy loot.

Btw. most effective way to build a good pug is to get to know people in your realm and have semi-regular PUGs with them, using calendar invites, then you know who is good and who is not.
