New savage leather spot?

Sorry if this is a re-post but i couldnt find anything like this anywhere.

Was just doing the Tol Barad Peninsula dailies, the one with the spiders. i noticed they were now skinnable. I think this changed with the new patch because i swear before you could not skin them. Was lucky on my server, not many skinners around so i had the majority of spider corpses to skin for myself

They are located in "The Darkwood" which is like the centre island.

Hope this can help some people to make some gold or level your skin/leather working!

As in, you let everyone do their dailies to kill the spiders then ninja skin them?

well "ninja skin" is if there is someone about to skin the corpse but then you skin it before them? i ment skin the corpses that are just left there, not stealing others.

Yea I have been doing this all day, I thought they were always skinnable (skinning toon just got 85). Nice post. Theres a lot of people who are not skinners and on a PVE server its very nice

Yea it is a good spot, been making alot of gold lately from these spiders as there are alot of corpses laying around on my server

Just wanted to say thank you for the info on skinning spiders. Didn't notice this doing dailies on my main as she isn't a skinner. My alt was parked at the lake 1 map south at the crocs but the spiders prove to be a bit faster; especially since you occasionally get the quest to kill 12 of the lurkers.

Only downside, which really isn't even a big bother, is that sometimes the corpses bug out and show as being skinnable while not yielding skins. However, it does count for Skinning for a Living so win win either way.
